Job Title: Custodian
FLSA: Non Exempt
Department: Facilities
Type: Part-time, weekend and evening shifts.  This is an open register therefore, your application is valid for one (1) year and qualified applicants are contacted when positions become available.
Responsibilities: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Lord’s house with a servant’s heart.  May be assigned a variety of tasks such as: interior and exterior housekeeping duties (i.e., carpet/floor care, window washing, etc.).  Responsible for event set-up and tear down.
Qualifications: Must possess a High School diploma or GED.  Must be responsible, have a solid work ethic and a desire to serve others. Must be available to work some evening and weekend shifts. This person must be a professing Christian with a vibrant and active spiritual life.

Job Title: Preschool Director
Department: Preschool
Type: Exempt, full-time, continuous position
Responsibilities: The Preschool Director is responsible for all aspects of the operation of the Preschool Department. Selects, manages, mentors/trains, and leads staff. Manages operation of the Preschool. Ensures the safety, health, and welfare of the children entrusted to the Preschool. Monitors and develops curriculum to ensure the staff stays current with CPR, first aid, and safety training. Provides daily interface with parents (i.e., provides tours with prospective parents, receives feedback or hears concerns, and promotes active involvement of the parents in center activities). Ensures the classroom facilities and grounds are maintained in accordance with appropriate regulations and may work with Facilities to ensure cleanliness of the facilities. Handles and approves all Preschool applications. Ensures adequate controls are followed for snacks/food. Purchases and maintains school supplies. Receives accident reports from teaching staff and ensures communication to parents. Performs health assessments of sick children and contacts parents if needed. Coordinates weekly chapel services with the Children's pastor. Communicates regularly with Children's Pastor to ensure dual usages of classroom space and décor is mutually acceptable. Works with teaching staff to coordinate and schedule field trips. Works under the direction of the School Pastor and financial department to ensure the performance of the department (i.e., including ensuring appropriate enrollment levels and ensuring billing and tuition collection is current). Annually creates budget along with the School Pastor and Finance Manager. Performs self- evaluation of the Preschool. Prepares paperwork for annual visit of the state licensing agency. Conducts staff evaluations and submits suggested salary adjustments. Semi-annually provides immunization reports.
Qualifications: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Child Development or related field and 4 years of experience serving within a Preschool Center. Must have completed 15 Early Childhood Development units (3 units in Preschool Administration). Two (2) years Supervisory experience in similar function is a plus. This person must be a professing Christian with a vibrant and active spiritual life together with proven leadership and administrative skills. The role requires an individual that is able to understand and implement the goals of the affiliated church: the Preschool be an extension of the ministry of the church and provide a high standard of care and professionalism for the children that are entrusted to it. The position also requires an individual that can make a strong commitment to the excellence and continued improvement of the Preschool as well as, continuing its healthy financial performance.

Responsibilities: Supports teachers in teaching bible-based curriculum (ABeka) within the guidelines of the school policy and philosophy. Assists teachers in the direction and training of any Volunteer assigned to their classroom. Assists in the maintenance of student portfolios within assigned classroom (i.e., calendar due dates). Supports teachers with grading and scoring of classroom homework and test. Uses various technology (i.e., Power School, email) to ensure homework and test scores are current and communicated to parents. Assists in maintaining the classroom environment including arrangement, appearance, safety and décor of the classroom. As the Holy Spirit leads, provides an environment that will glorify God and train a child in His way. Maintains proper care of all equipment and supplies. Responsible for maintaining and directing "safe play" during recess and breaks. May assist AM/PM Aides with outside supervision before/after school. Ensures strangers are identified and directed to appropriate administrative offices. Ensures all visitors have checked in and have appropriate ID badge. Attends all staff meetings and recommended training programs, professional conferences and workshops. May assist teacher in the coordination of parent conferences. Ensures open communication with parents. Regularly communicates with the teacher or Administrator any concern and/or observation (daily) as they relate to the student and/or their parents. Communicates with Administrator and ensures church and school policies are observed.

Responsibilities: Works with students to achieve optimum development of skills and mastery of knowledge by conducting assigned subject-matter of grade-level(s) instruction within the primary grades. Independently presents and teaches developed lesson plans (i.e., Abeka and Saxon Math). Responsible for managing teacher's "black box" and contents therein as "mission critical". Conducts classroom instruction using modern professional teaching principals, practices and techniques appropriate to the subject matter or grade levels(s) of assignment. Assist and encourages students with classroom work, questions and any particular difficulties. Maintains orderliness within the classroom, lunch areas and recess. Ensures accuracy and reports student's grades and attendance in Power School system. Adheres and enforces school rules, policies and procedures and safety guidelines. Works with site Administrator and/or Resource Teacher in making classroom observations and assessments. Consults with site Administrator to discuss students' academic and behavioral issues. Communicates classroom goals, projects and homework on a weekly basis to parents. Responds to parent questions and concerns and may elevate more serious issues to site Administrators.

Mon/Wed/Fri, 3:15 pm – 4:30 pm and game days
Responsibilities: Coach student athletes (various levels) in seasonal sport. Help students fulfill their maximum potential in that specific sport. Maintains CCA standards of professional conduct and ethics appropriate to the position. Supervises and mentors athletes within sport. Adheres and enforces school rules, policies and procedures and safety guidelines. Ensures proper use of athletic equipment. Responsible for returning CCA athletic equipment at end of practice and season. Directs athletes at competitive event. Follows all leagues and other school policies related to conduct. Reminds athletes and their families of games and practice schedule. Works with Athletic Director in the transportation for all away contests. Receives and notifies Athletic Director of athlete's physical and academic eligibility, including special requirements of transfer students. Present for all after school practices and attends games and programs associated with sport as directed by the Athletic Director. May serve in mentoring of students.
Qualifications: Must have previous experience as a Coach and understanding of various practices and techniques. Must be enthusiastic, have high-energy and servant's heart to serve. Must be First Aid and CPR certified. Must successfully pass background requirements.
