What are podcasts?
Podcasts are like radio and Internet broadcasts, but allow you to listen whenever and wherever you want. Instead of listening to audio in real time, like on a normal Internet broadcast, you "subscribe" to a podcast with podcatchers and podcast-enabled media players, such as iTunes. Audio files are then automatically downloaded to your computer as they become available. You can either listen to them directly from your computer, or you can transfer them to your iPod, iPhone, or any other portable media player and listen on-the-go.
